2. 14-15 years of experience
3. Should have handled a team size of 300+ employees
4. Experience in continuous manufacturing process (Will be taking care three function-Solution/Preparation/Production & Postproduction (Complete end to end production)
5. Should have significant functional achievements over years
6. High on stakeholders’ management and high on influencing skills
7. Industry – FMCG, process industry, manufacturing
8. Grade – DGM
9. CTC – Open for right fitment

10. Location Dahanu
11. Direct reports – 6, total team size around 400
12. Reports to Plant Head Dahanu
13. Need a smart and polished candidate
14. Age up to 45/46 years max
15. Ready to take up as Plant head position in 2-3 years
